Our Team

Jorge is president and CEO of SG Inc. Jorge is Master Electrician and license holder for the company. He oversees all aspects of the company from business to banking to employees and customers. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston and CEIE Engineering at George Mason University. He holds a NABCEP PV Certification and contributed to the installation of more than 500MW of solar PV projects.

Michael is General Manager for SG Inc. since 2016. He formerly led projects for a nationwide EPC as senior construction manager and worked together with SG Inc. on projects dating back to 2008. At SG Inc., Michael handles all estimating, procurement, project planning and project execution. Michael ensures high quality materials and best practices are implemented on every SG Inc. project. As an OSHA 500 authorized outreach instructor, Michael conducts onboard safety training with all new employees. He is a licensed electrician in Maryland, NABCEP PV Installer and has contributed to the installation of more than 400MW of solar PV projects.

Francisco is a lead construction manager for SG Inc. Francisco is known be a master of construction efficiencies and problem solving on job sites. He is meticulous in reading plan sets, developing site specific construction techniques, anticipating problems and raising appropriate questions with management and owners. He leads mechanical and electrical installation for SG Inc. and contributed to the installation of more than 500MW of solar PV projects.

Jose is a lead construction manager for SG Inc. Formerly a union electrician, Jose picked up solar PV in 2008 and acquired his Master Electrician license, OSHA 30 and equipment operators license. Jose’s abilities stretch from the beginning to the end of any solar installation. Since 2008, Jose has contributed to the installation of more than 500MW of projects.

John Manning is lead construction manager for SG Inc. John has a comprehensive construction background in general contracting and the electrical trade. He formerly led a New York regional office for an EPC in residential and commercial solar installations. John is now regional construction manager for SG Inc’s New York projects.  He has contributed to the installation of more than 200 MW of solar PV projects.

Michael is lead construction manager for SG Inc. Michael’s construction background in managing subcontractors and coordinating different trades has enabled SG Inc. to offer seamless turnkey construction on commercial solar projects, particularly ground mounts where he coordinates civil, mechanical, electrical and fence contractors.  Michael has contributed to 150 MW of solar PV including a 9 MW rooftop and 101 MW ground mount in Maryland.

Edgar is a lead equipment operator and superintendent for SG Inc. Edgar leads up to 20 operators in excavation, material movement and civil construction on large utility scale projects for SG Inc. Outside of equipment, Edgar is capable in every aspect of solar PV installation and acts as lead superintendent when needed. He holds and OSHA 30 and has contributed to the installation of more than 500MW of solar PV projects.

Osbaldo is a second generation master carpenter and a diversely skilled craftsman. When he picked up solar in 2008, he applied his construction skills into building perfect solar arrays. Osbaldo now executes all facets of electrical work in the same manner as fine carpentry – precision and excellence. He holds an OSHA 30 and has contributed to the installation of more than 500MW of solar PV projects

Roberto is an experienced solar professional with nearly a decade of experience in the greater Washington D.C. area. Roberto is a hands-on leader in the field capable of managing multiple teams effectively across all project types from rooftops to carports to ground mounts. He has built more than 200MW of solar installations and was lead on  a 101MW project in Maryland.

Kyle is an experienced electrician and solar professional leading large solar installations in upstate NY for SG Inc. Kyle manages subcontractors, SG Inc. in-house teams, is an experienced equipment operator and holds an OSHA 30. In 2021 alone, Kyle helped lead SG Inc install 45MW of ground mount solar installations.
